Terms of Service — RMZ Projects
These Terms of Service govern use of RMZ Projects, an internal project scheduling and coordination application operated by RMZ Solutions LLC (“RMZ”). By using RMZ Projects, you agree to these terms.
1. Authorized business use
RMZ Projects is intended for RMZ personnel and other users specifically authorized by RMZ. Users must sign in using an authorized Google account and must not share access credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.
2. Roles and permissions
The RMZ administrator may create, edit, archive, or delete projects and may authorize team members. Team members may be limited to read-only access. RMZ may change or revoke access at any time.
3. Project and calendar information
RMZ Projects is an operational scheduling tool. Project dates, reminders, permit information, inspection information, material information, and calendar events are provided for coordination purposes and may change. Users remain responsible for confirming critical schedules, permits, inspections, contractual obligations, and safety requirements through the appropriate official sources.
4. Google Calendar connection
If an authorized administrator connects Google Calendar, RMZ Projects may create and update project milestone events and reminders in calendars owned by that connected Google account. The administrator can disconnect or revoke Google access through Google account settings.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not use RMZ Projects to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, misuse another person’s account, or use project information for purposes unrelated to authorized RMZ business.
6. Availability and changes
RMZ may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of RMZ Projects. Internet connectivity, Google services, Firebase services, browser behavior, and third-party platforms may affect availability or synchronization. RMZ does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Data and backups
RMZ may maintain application data and backups for operational purposes. Users should not rely on RMZ Projects as the sole record for legally required documents, official permits, inspection records, contracts, accounting records, or safety documentation.
8. Disclaimer
RMZ Projects is provided for internal operational use on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RMZ disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
9. Limitation of use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RMZ is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user’s failure to confirm critical project information, third-party service outages, or unauthorized use of a user account.
10. Changes to these terms
RMZ may update these terms as the application changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
